What is Plansane?

Plansane is an integrated planning and capital-intelligence platform for entrepreneurs, SMEs, advisers, investors, programmes and institutions. It combines structured planning, financial analysis, governed AI assistance, publishing and decision-support workflows in one platform.

How is Plansane different?

Plansane connects the evidence and decisions created across its modules instead of treating each page as an isolated template. Copilot and Agentic assistance can help analyse, synthesize and propose work, while the user retains approval authority over governed outputs and writeback.

Does Plansane offer a free trial?

Plansane may provide a short free trial so prospective users can explore the platform before purchasing. A trial is separate from a paid product entitlement and may have narrower time, storage or AI limits.

What are the public launch products?

Plansane Plan is the integrated business-planning journey; Plansane Capital Intelligence is the capital-decision journey; Plansane Portfolio combines the entire Plansane platform with professional portfolio administration; and Plansane Plan Pass provides one Plansane Plan for 90 days with optional Auto-renew that is off by default. Education and Accelerator & Incubator licences are available in annual capacity tiers, while Institutional Capital Intelligence is provided through a governed quotation.

What is included in Plansane Plan?

Plansane Plan includes 3 active business plans and the Strategic Landscape, Strategy, Financial Feasibility, Implementation & Delivery, Pitch Deck and Publishing journey, together with secure storage, version history, Copilot and governed Agentic assistance within the included AI allowance.

What is included in Plansane Capital Intelligence?

Plansane Capital Intelligence includes 3 active capital cases and Capital Profile, Financial Feasibility, Signals & Intelligence, Investor Hub / Investor Decision Lab, Pitch Deck and Publishing, together with secure storage, version history, Copilot and governed Agentic assistance within the included AI allowance.

What does “unlimited plans” mean in Plansane Portfolio?

Portfolio has no numerical cap on active or archived plan and capital-case workspaces for legitimate professional portfolio administration. It does not mean unlimited staff seats, AI usage, file storage, automated requests, publishing traffic, third-party costs or resale rights. Those remain governed by the included seats, AI allowance and fair-use safeguards.

Is AI sold as a separate premium module?

No. Copilot and governed Agentic assistance are included value-added capabilities across every customer category. They operate under transparent usage allowances and governance rules; Plansane does not market unlimited AI.

Are the listed prices tax inclusive?

No. Public launch prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Tax, where applicable, is calculated during secure checkout based on the customer's billing information and the approved product tax treatment. Plansane does not assume that an education, accelerator or institutional customer is tax-exempt merely because of the licence category.

Can I change products or billing cadence?

Billing-cadence changes within the same product normally take effect at the next renewal. Upgrades to Plansane Portfolio may take effect sooner after a successful governed billing change. Plansane Plan and Capital Intelligence are different journeys, so a customer may hold both or replace one with the other under the applicable lifecycle rules. Customer work is preserved rather than deleted during a downgrade or cancellation.

Can I control Auto-renew?

Yes. Self-service recurring Plansane subscriptions are set to Auto-renew at purchase unless you turn that choice off. You can change Auto-renew later in Billing before the current paid term ends. Turning Auto-renew off does not end paid access immediately; it schedules the subscription to end when the current term finishes. Institutional Capital Intelligence renewal remains governed by the applicable quotation and contract.

Does Plansane Plan Pass renew automatically?

Auto-renew is optional for Plansane Plan Pass and is off by default. A new pass runs for 90 days. If Auto-renew is turned on, the pass renews for another 90-day term at each renewal until Auto-renew is turned off. If it remains off, the pass expires at the end of the paid term with no subsequent renewal charge.

How can I pay?

Public self-service checkout will use Stripe once commercial activation is complete. Institutional arrangements may also use approved invoice or contractual payment terms.

Do you offer refunds?

Fees are generally non-refundable after access is provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly approved under the applicable contract or Plansane Refund Policy. See our Refund Policy for details.

What does the Plansane Plan journey include?

The journey begins with Strategic Landscape and Strategy, develops an evidence-backed Financial Feasibility, translates approved decisions into Implementation & Delivery, and supports Pitch Deck and Publishing outputs.

What is Capital Profile?

Capital Profile is the mandatory upstream authority for a Capital Intelligence case. It records the entity and capital decision, operating context, financial baseline, forecast assumptions, use of funds, capital structure, risks, evidence provenance and known unknowns before downstream capital analysis is treated as authoritative.

Does Plansane help with fundraising and investor decisions?

Yes. Depending on the purchased journey, Plansane supports feasibility, capital scenarios, Signals & Intelligence, Investor Hub / Investor Decision Lab and pitch materials. Plansane provides planning and analytical support; it does not guarantee funding, investment outcomes or financial returns.

Data, Security & Collaboration

Is my data visible to others?

Plans and data are private unless you or an authorized administrator explicitly shares them. Collaborator and institutional permissions are scoped according to the applicable product and role.

Can I archive plans?

Yes. Archived workspaces are retained as read-only records with their version history. Archived work does not become a new active plan simply by retaining historical versions. Reactivation is subject to the active capacity of the current entitlement.

Can I export and publish my work?

Where included in the purchased product, Plansane supports governed Publishing and export workflows. Published views remain distinct from the authoritative working plan and follow their own access controls.
