Refund Policy
At Strategia Sane Corp. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we aim to make Plansane pricing, renewal and refund treatment clear. This policy applies to purchases made for services on plansane.com, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law and any separately signed institutional agreement.
1. Recurring Subscription Cancellation
Recurring Plansane subscriptions may be cancelled for the end of the current paid billing period. Unless an immediate termination or refund is separately required or approved, paid access continues until that period ends and no subsequent renewal is charged.
2. Plansane Plan Pass
Plansane Plan Pass provides a 90-day paid term. Auto-renew is optional and is off by default. If Auto-renew remains off, the pass ends after the paid 90-day term and no subsequent renewal is charged. If Auto-renew is turned on, the pass renews for another 90-day term at each renewal until Auto-renew is turned off. Turning Auto-renew off during a paid term schedules expiry at that term's end and does not by itself create an immediate refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
Because Plansane provides access to digital services after purchase, fees are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law, expressly stated at purchase, or approved under a governing institutional contract.
We do not use a universal jurisdiction-independent refund period to reduce statutory rights. Where local law gives you a mandatory cancellation or refund right, that legal right applies.
4. Taxes, Credits and Adjustments
Public prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable taxes. If a refund is approved, any required tax adjustment is processed through the applicable billing and tax records. Taxes that must be remitted or adjusted under law are handled according to the governing transaction and provider evidence.
5. Institutional Licences and Quotations
Education and Accelerator & Incubator licences may use the self-service renewal controls where offered. Institutional Capital Intelligence renewal remains governed by its approved quotation or contract. Institutional purchases may include specific cancellation, replacement, invoice, tax and refund terms. Where those terms validly differ from this general policy, the signed agreement governs the institutional purchase.

7. Changes to Pricing
Plansane may introduce a new approved price book for future purchases or renewals. A prepaid customer's price remains fixed for the paid term. Any migration of an existing renewal price will follow the applicable notice, contractual and legal requirements.
