User Agreement

Effective Date: January 18, 2026

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User” or “you”) and Strategia Sane Corp. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the plansane.com website and all associated services (collectively, the “Service”).

By registering an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.

1. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any suspected security breach.

Harass, abuse, defame, intimidate, or harm others.

3. User-Generated Content

If you post, upload, or share content on the Service (for example in the Marketplace, reviews, or comments):

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely in connection with providing and improving the Service.
You remain solely responsible for content you submit and represent that you own or have the necessary rights to share it.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated this Agreement, our policies, or applicable law.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

6. General

This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and related policies, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Strategia Sane Corp. concerning your use of the Service.
